There are two options for purchasing through GSA. First, orders may be placed online at GSAAdvantage.gov. These orders are then electronically transmitted to ADCO and processed immediately. Alternatively, you may call, fax, or email your order to us directly. All orders placed with ADCO ship out the same day when placed before 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday, regardless of how you place your order. GSA supports the procurement needs of eligible federal and tribal governments and organizations, state, local, and territorial governments, and other eligible non-governmental organizations. GSA refers to eligible organizations as entities. To determine whether your facility is an eligible entity, you may use the GSA eligibility search tool.

Our GSA contract includes shipping for all destinations within the continental US. If you are outside of the continental US, including AK, HI, and PR, shipping is an additional charge at the time of order. We gladly provide quotes on all GSA contract items, including any applicable shipping charges. ADA compliance for hearing loss requires employers (15+ employees) and public entities to provide reasonable accommodations to ensure equal access to information and communication, unless doing so would pose an "undue hardship". Key accommodations include sign language interpreters, assistive technology (captioning, amplifiers), and workplace adjustments (visual alerts). Our GSA contract seeks to provide qualifying products under the 58i umbrella for ADA compliance needs specific to assistive technology. More specifically, our products in this arena address the need for sound amplification through personal sound amplifiers and FM systems. We are continually expanding our offerings in this area within the parameters of the GSA categories, and we encourage you to contact us to help identify the appropriate products to meet your needs.

Every agency or department has its own procurement process. Generally speaking, once a product need is identified, the purchase must be approved by an ordering official or the logistics department. That purchase is then processed through the appropriate channels.
